HOSPITALITY TENT Saint John’s Program for Real Change has recently broken ground on an expansion to serve an additional 90 women and children every day! SAINT JOHN’S PROGRAM FOR REAL CHANGE SERVES UP TO 180 WOMEN AND CHILDREN DAILY...and we see 250 on our waiting list each night. With this additional space, we can help 90 more! 96% of women who complete employment training go on to reclaim their lives and rejoin their communities as productive and empowered contributors. Help us expand our program to 90 more women and children daily. We have raised $1.8 million toward this $4 million effort, with just $2.2 million to go. Stop by the hospitality tent to learn more about what this expansion will enable us to do for women and children throughout our community. Enjoy a refreshing glass of “Pimms”, a traditional British beverage and some appetizers.

HALF-TIME FESTIVITIES Join us for the Champagne Divot Stomp - a fun tradition blending grounds keeping and cocktail-hour! Guests are encouraged to head onto the field, champagne in hand to repair the divots (the chunks of grass that are torn up by the horses’ hooves during the match).
Ladies (and gentlemen) don’t forget to participate in the hat contest! Prizes will be awarded in the smallest, largest, most creative, ensemble and most outstanding categories. Don’t worry if you don’t have a hat - we will have a fabulous selection of hats for sale at the event---even hats made by the women at Saint John’s!  We don’t want our male guests to feel left out, so we will also be looking out for the best-dressed men at the event. Prizes will be awarded following the half-time festivities.

ATTIRE: First and foremost it is important to remember that horses, narrow high heels and grass don’t mix well, so your first consideration should probably be footwear. Ladies – wedges are a perfect option if you plan to wear high heels. Gentleman, loafers, brogues or driving shoes are a good choice.  Think of this as an upmarket garden party or a country casual style.  Lean towards comfortable yet tailored ensembles that don’t attract attention. Gentlemen will often wear an oxford shirt with button-down collar or pullover with khakis, or slacks and light tops. For the ladies, a sundress will do - just about anything tasteful and elegant is acceptable. Your most important accessory are your hats, sunglasses and binoculars!  For those looking for hats – there will be a hat shop in the Event Promenade.

PARKING, VIP & CLUB GUESTS: Upon arrival at Chamberlain Ranch, follow the signage for parking. The road will take you to the right, around the facility. When the road splits, stay to the left driving past the pond. Valet parking is offered for all VIP & Club guests when you reach the main lawn area. The golf cart shuttles will be running on a continuous loop and will pick you up from the assigned area and take you to registration.

PARKING, LAWN GUESTS: Upon arrival at Chamberlain Ranch, follow the signage for parking. The road will take you to the right around the facility. When the road splits, stay to the right driving past the pond. When you reach the main field, drive to the right where you will be directed into one of the adjacent paddocks for parking. Each paddock will have a letter allocation(A, B, C or D) make note of this as it will make returning to your car easier. The golf cart shuttles will be running on a continuous loop and will pick you up from in front of the parking paddocks (field side) and take you to registration. Please remember to bring an umbrella, chairs, a picnic and beverages. The event does not include food to purchase. If you’d like to reserve a boxed lunch you may do so today!
