We could not do what we do without the generous donation of time and talent from our volunteers! Volunteers are always needed.

Please review the opportunities listed below and check your desired selection and shirt size to register.

Attire: Volunteers should wear khaki pants and comfortable shoes. We will provide you with a Saint John's volunteer tee-shirt.

VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

SET-UP (unlimited volunteers)

Duties for SET-UP volunteers include setting up tables, chair, venue prep, setting linens and serving ware, display of signage and posters within venue, display of auction items, setting raffle/sales tables, unloading decor, etc. Duties include some heavy lifting.:

FRIDAY (9AM - 5PM)

ROYAL CLUB / VIP SHUTTLE DRIVER (FULFILLED!) No more needed at this time.

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TO DRIVE GOLF CARTS! Drivers will transport Royal Club and VIP guests to and from the VIP Parking Lot, Pick-Up point and Registration booth.:

LAWN SHUTTLE DRIVER (FULFILLED!) No more needed at this time.

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TO DRIVE GOLF CARTS! Drivers will transport Lawn Seat guests to and from the Lawn Parking Lot, Pick-Up point and Registration booth.:

VOLUNTEER SUPPORT (FULFILLED!) No more needed at this time.

Duties for VOLUNTEER SUPPORT include checking volunteers in, making sure every volunteer has a name tag and volunteer shirt, maintaining the volunteer booth, etc.:

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING (20 volunteers)

GRAND PRIZE DRAWING Volunteers will be selling raffle tickets to guests throughout the event and handling cash, Requires outgoing personality and ability to be on your feet throughout the event.:

2PM - 7PM

VOLUNTEER SHUTTLE DRIVER (FULFILLED) No more needed at this time.

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TO DRIVE GOLF CARTS! Drivers will transport volunteers to and from the Volunteer Parking Lot and Volunteer Check-In booth.:

2PM - 10:30PM

SILENT AUCTION TENT (FULFILLED!) No more needed at this time.

Duties for SILENT AUCTION TENT volunteers include monitoring auction items and bidding cards, distributing auction items, labeling uncollected items, etc.:

REGISTRATION ATTENDANT (10 volunteers)

MUST BE COMFORTABLE UNDER PRESSURE AND HANDLING COMPUTER SYSTEMS! Duties for REGISTRATION ATTENDANT include checking in guests, assisting guests through the complete check-in process, answering questions about the event and reporting to the Registration Lead.:

1:30PM - 5:30PM

GREETER (FULFILLED!) No more needed at this time.

MUST BE OUTGOING AND 21 OR OLDER! Duties for GREETER include greeting and directing guests and passing out champagne.:

CHECKOUT ATTENDANT (8 volunteers)

MUST BE COMFORTABLE UNDER PRESSURE AND HANDLING COMPUTER SYSTEMS! Duties for CHECKOUT ATTENDANT include computing purchases, generating invoices for winning bidders and Fund-A-Need participants, handling cash, etc.:

6PM - 9PM

VENDOR SHUTTLE DRIVER (FULFILLED!) No more needed at this time.

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE TO DRIVE GOLF CARTS! Drivers will transport vendors and their supplies to and from the Vendor Parking Lot and Vendor booths.:

BAR STAFF (12 volunteers)

MUST BE 21 OR OLDER! Duties for BAR STAFF include mixing and serving alcoholic beverages to guests. Requires ability to work under pressure and standing on your feet throughout the event. Previous bar experience and a fun and outgoing personality is a plus!:

1PM - 7PM

6PM - 10PM

BEVERAGE SERVERS (22 volunteers)

Duties for BEVERAGE SERVERS include serving drinks to guests in the Royal Club.:

2PM - 8PM

CHAMPAGNE DIVOT STOMP (6 volunteers)

MUST BE 21 OR OLDER! Duties for CHAMPAGNE DIVOT STOP include prep and distribution of champagne for divot stomp.:

5:30PM - 7:30PM

PLATERS (15 volunteers)

Duties for PLATERS include prepping and plating food in the kitchen under the direction of the Chef and Captains. Requires kitchen or restaurant experience.:

2PM - 7PM

SERVERS (30 volunteers needed)

SERVERS will serve food to guests at the tables assigned to them. Requires attention to detail and ability to work on your feet for long period of time. Listen to Chef, as timing is everything! Restaurant experience is a plus.:

2PM - 8PM

BUSSERS (30 volunteers)

BUSSERS will monitor tables assigned to them. Duties include pre-bussing and bussing between courses. Requires attention to detail and ability to work on your feet for long periods of time.:

3PM- 9PM

CARNIVAL ASSISTANT - (FULFILLED!) No more needed at this time.

CARNIVAL ASSISTANT Duties include selling and taking tickets for carnival games.(FULFILLED!) No more needed at this time.:

VENDOR ASSISTANTS - (FULFILLED!) No more needed at this time.

GUEST LIAISON (FULFILLED!) No more needed at this time.

GUEST LIAISON Volunteers will assist Area Leads in monitoring guest areas, answering guests questions about the event and monitoring the Field Boundary Line to ensure guest safety.:

CHILDREN'S ZONE (FULFILLED!) No more needed at this time.

CHILDREN'S ZONE volunteers Oversee the Children's Zone area and assist children and parents with activities.:

EQUINE ASSISTANT (FULFILLED!) No more needed at this time.

EQUINE ASSISTANT Volunteers will assist the Equine Lead with all duties related to the horses and demo team, ensure players have water and food, keeping guests out of the Equine Area, executing requested tasks, assist Lead in staying on schedule, coordinate shuttles for players when needed, etc. Experience working with horses is preferred.:

1:30PM - 8PM

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT (2 volunteers)

FACILITIES MANAGEMENT volunteers assist the Facilities Management Lead with all duties related to maintaining the site, included but not limited to: set-up and tear down of tables/chairs, etc., during the day; distribution of ice to bars and vendors; monitoring recycling and trash bins and signage around site; help keep site safe and liter free, etc.:

2PM - 10PM

CLEAN-UP (unlimited volunteers)

CLEAN-UP Duties include packing up of event, clearing tables, auction items, supplies and linens, breaking down tables and chairs, take down of signage, clean up, etc.:

SATURDAY 8PM - 12AM

SUNDAY 9AM - 12PM

TICKET BOOTH SALES (2-3 Volunteers)

TICKET BOOT SALES Duties include selling drink and game tickets.:

SATURDAY 2:30PM - 9PM

CARNIVAL RING TOSS

CARNIVAL RING TOSS VOLUNTEERS Assist guests with a wine inspired game of ring toss.:

SATURDAY 2:30PM - 7:30PM

REGISTRATION AT COLLIERS BUS PICK-UP LOCATION

MUST BE COMFORTABLE UNDER PRESSURE AND HANDLING COMPUTER SYSTEMS! Duties for REGISTRATION ATTENDANT include checking in guests, assisting guests through the complete check-in process, answering questions about the event and reporting to the Registration Lead. PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SHIFT WILL BE AT COLLIERS INTERNATIONAL, located at 301 University Ave, Sacramento, CA 95825.:

SPOTTERS AND RECORDERS FOR LIVE AUCTION & FUND-A-NEED

As a SPOTTER AND RECORDER you will be required to be assist staff with recording bid numbers during the live auction and fund-a-need.:
