All Party for Change attendees must provide their contact information and a valid credit card.

The contact information ensures we can contact you, if needed, after the event.

Your credit card will ONLY be charged if you do one of the following at the event:
 
• Purchase Golden Ticket
• Make a donation during Fund a Need
• Win an item at the live auction
• Purchase a bottled of Elevated Wine.
 
We request the cards ahead of time so that we don’t have to do a “Check Out” process for everyone at the end of the evening.

I authorize Saint John's Program for Real Change to use the credit card entered on the submission page at event Party for Change 2021. Once the transaction has completed successfully, a confirmation receipt will be sent to the email address entered.
